Description

New, pristine, rare, never placed on track Slot.it CA19b Toyota 88C modeled as raced at Le Mans, 1988. Toyota Team Tom’s entered a 2 car team that year, #37 and the sister car #36. They competed against the quicker Porsche 962s and Jaguar XJR-9 factory team cars. Toyota 88C #37 qualified 10th and the sister car 8th. Porsche and Jaguar held 8 of the top 10 qualifying positions. Both Toyotas encountered difficulties during the 24 hour race with #37 eventually finishing 24th. I am the original owner of this car.
