Description

This stunning studio vase features a beige undercoat with an iridescent violet-blue overlay and a rust-colored drip glaze. The russet color also coats the inside of the pottery piece. For added interest, the outside of the vase has an interesting stippled texture. There are no chips or cracks. (The tan spot on the lip is where the rust drip glaze did not coat.) This piece of pottery is approximately 6.5 inches tall. The base measures 2.75 inches in diameter, and the widest point of the vase measures 14 inches in circumference. The bottom is signed by the artist: Randi W. It is a gorgeous piece in excellent condition.
