Description
Le Mans Miniatures Bugatti Type 57S 45 #16 -1937 ACF GP 1/32 Slot Car 132099/16M Reproduction in scale 1/32nd of the Bugatti T57S 45 of the ACF Grand Prix which took place in Monthléry in 1937. It is equipped with a 12V engine to ride on a slot racing circuit. It is the story of a car, prepared especially for a race after winning the LeMans 24 Hours, and which did not participate in it despite the good results in testing and that we never relive. But the model is so atypical and its unique history that it was worth focusing on. Car number 16 is driven by Jean-Pierre Wimille, who would probably have leaded if he had taken part in the event since he beat Raymond Sommer, the Ardennes Wild Boar, by 4 seconds in Saturday’s tests. In the end Talbot took the 3 steps of the podium. Louis Chiron was the first driver to win a 3rd Grand Prix de France. This car will work on almost any 1/32 analog (non-digital) set, such as Carrera, Ninco, SCX and more. Combine Shipping: We will happily combine shipping.
